1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an Inner Genie account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Use your own account, provide accurate information, and keep access to your email and device secure.
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your location. If you are using Inner Genie for someone else or an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
2. General wellness purpose
Inner Genie supports personal wellness reflection, meal logging, guided challenges, trends, and insights. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease and does not replace professional medical advice. Personalized responses, nutrition estimates, and health summaries can be incomplete or wrong.
Review suggestions before acting. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health decisions and use local emergency services for emergencies.
3. Your content and personalized features
You retain rights to content you provide. You give Inner Genie permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the features you request, maintain your account, and keep the service reliable.
By accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you agree that Inner Genie may process relevant information with service providers to deliver chats, challenges, insights, meal analysis, and reports. Details and choices are described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you do not have permission to provide.
4. Auto-renewable subscriptions
Full access may require a paid Apple in-app subscription. The purchase screen and Apple confirmation display the current price, billing period, and any eligible offer. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.
Deleting your Inner Genie account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Inner Genie, attempt to access another person’s account or data, interfere with security or service operation, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law permits, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the service to harm another person.
6. Availability and changes
Features require compatible devices and may need an internet connection, notifications, camera access, photos access, or optional Health permission. The service and its providers can experience interruptions. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee that every feature or result will always be available or error-free.
7. Account closure and responsibility
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach of these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Inner Genie is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
