Inner Genie Support
Tell us what happened and include the device model and app version when relevant. Please do not email passwords, verification codes, or private health details.
Account access
Inner Genie uses a six-digit code sent to your email. Check spam or junk folders, confirm the email address, then request a new code after the timer finishes.
Subscriptions
Use Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings. Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refund requests through your Apple Account.
Apple Health
Health access is optional. Review permissions in the Health app, unlock your phone, reopen Inner Genie, and pull down on the Home or Insights screen to sync.
Photos and reports
These features need an internet connection and an active subscription or trial. If a request fails, check your connection and try once more.
